During my 2-week term break, I went to NZ. I spent the whole time in Auckland. It has become the best experience I've ever had!! Since I stayed at a backpackers lodge, I was able to meet other tourists of different nationalities, mostly Europeans. for instance, Dutchmen, a German couple, an Irishman, Greek, an American, Brazilians and so on. I learnt a lot of things from them. We hung out every night; going to Irish pubs, KARAOKE bars and night clubs!(Ah-ha)
we contributed money to buy groceries for our food!! so I was able to enjoy cuisine from around the world!!（＞ε＜）…yum-yum!!
Sitting on our balcony, Chatting to them, Singing with them and sharing life stories with them, doing all this with a wide variety of New Zealand beer in hand. at times we hung out around pool table. These simple yet, enjoyable times made my stay in NZ all the more memorable. I had such a good time!!
The backpackers lodge I stayed at is listed in the most famous japanese travel guide book so at times, Japanese tourists go and stay there. Sometimes the Hotel clerks worry about the language barrier as it is difficult to communicate with Japanese so they asked me to translate cautionary statements into Japanese because they said that I was the most talkative and crazy Japanese they had ever met.
...this was the first-time for me to translate a document in my life(Ah-ha)
If you go to the backpackers lodge on Queen st, in Auckland. you will be able to see my terrible handwritten translation....
